These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the YS Blanks website and any orders placed with us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
"YS Blanks", "we", "us" and "our" refer to YS Blanks. "You" and "your" refer to the user, customer, or wholesale buyer.

We make every effort to display product details, colours, and measurements accurately. Slight variations are normal in heavyweight cotton and not a defect. We reserve the right to update specifications, pricing, and availability without notice.
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and exclude any applicable taxes, duties, and shipping. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Retail orders must be paid in full at time of purchase. Wholesale orders require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance due before dispatch. Payment is processed by reputable third-party providers; we never store full card details.
Shipping rates, lead times, and the returns policy are described on our Shipping & Returns page and form part of these Terms.
All content on this site — including imagery, copy, the YS Blanks name, and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. Wholesale buyers may resell unaltered YS Blanks products, but may not use our trademarks or imagery in marketing without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product or order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost profits or business interruption.
Wholesale buyers agree that custom colorways and private specifications are non-cancellable once production has begun. Faulty or miss-cut units are eligible for replacement when reported within 7 days of delivery.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or placing an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which YS Blanks is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
