All retail orders ship via tracked courier. Customs and duties for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
Retail orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Wholesale lead times are confirmed at quote stage and depend on order volume and whether colorways are in-stock or custom.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. For wholesale orders, your account contact will receive scheduled production and dispatch updates.
RETURNS
Unworn, unwashed tees with original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Wholesale orders are final sale once production has begun. Sample packs are returnable within 14 days, less return shipping. Faulty or miss-cut units identified within 7 days of delivery will be replaced at no charge.
Email hello@ysblanks.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and process the refund or exchange within 5 business days of receiving the item.
If your order arrives damaged, miss-cut, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
